OUR TRAINING MODULES
We provide training modules in the key areas of technology and business skills. Our technology modules are designed for the beginner to intermediate user.

Our business skills modules can be tailored to suit the level of experience of the participants.

All module participants are issued with comprehensive notes and workbook. The modules are also available as stand alone information reports (for distance learning application).


TECHNOLOGY MODULES

Word,Excel, Outlook, Email, Web design basics, Windows XP,Technology productivity, Introduction to business computing.

All technology modules are designed to be delivered at either a basic (introductory) level or an Intermediate level, with a duration of 4 hours.

BUSINESS SKILLS MODULES:

Selling skills I, Selling skills II, Negotiation skills I, Negotiation skills II, Exceptional customer service, Time management, Conflict resolution, Supervisory skills, Leadership, Dealing with difficult people, Communication skills, Written communication in business, People skills, Key account development, Business
marketing basics.

All business skills modules are designed to be delivered as either 1 or 2 day durations.
